How To Make Danim Shade Band Procedure- Textile Farm

SHADE BAND PROCEDURE:

Shade band means how many shade found in the fabrics at particular garments order. Suppose you have one hundred rolls fabrics, but you have about fifty shades. Now how can you control the shade in the garments is called the shade band procedure. First cut a small piece of fabric from every rolls then make a blanket with these fabric. Now wash this blanket with actual recipe and standard. Some of the rolls are mess with the original standard then stop the wash and segregate the shade. May be you found about nine shades.

Some are dark some are light are light some are reddish or blush.  Now you marking the shade with name like shade A,B,C,D etc. Keep these shade in file. This file is your desire shade band. Now according to the shade band cut the rolls and set the recipe. In A shade you found seven shade, then these seven shade should cut at one time and declare this shades are A shade. According to shade we have to set the recipe. If in this way, we can work, shade will minimize.
