Dyeing of Methos II TEXTILE FARM

                                 Dyeing Method

The polyedter cotton blend fabric can be dyed in exhaust or continuous method using various dye class combination such as
                                 Reactive/disperse,
                                 Disperse/direct,
                                 Disperse/Vat,
                                 Disperse/sulphur etc.

The batch processes are,

   1. Conservative two baths or single bath two stages dyeing. This is completely separate dyeing & mostly used. It include 4 major steps,
                          1. Dyeing poleyester part with disperse dye at HTP method.
                          2. Reduction clearing to removed disperse dye staining cotton part.
                          3. Dyeing cotton part with reactive dye as usual.
                          4. Rinse & scour to revmove hydrolyzed dyes.

 2. Reversed two baths process. At first cotton part is dyeing then polyester. The process some limitations like,
                       Reduction clearing cannot be dome.
Selected reactive is used which is stable at high temp & acidic PH
Reactive dye cellulosw bond may damage by acid hydeolysis

3.Rapid one or single bath process:

                       1. In this process add both types of dues to the Inirial dye bath ser pH 6.5
                       2. The solution is heated to 80o & gluber salt is added to ais exhaustion of                           reactive dye on to the cotton.
                       3. The dye bath is cooled & alkali is added to fix the reactive dye on to the cotton
                       4. Dyring id vop;rtrf st 1306 got polyester component.
                       5. A final scour is required.
