How to Improve Lacra Breakage in Denim Laundry I TEXTILE FARM

Today one of the most common problem related lacra(elasticity) breakagre in the washing factory.especially denim washing.Most of the garments are cheap fabric and lacra is including for stretch .

And now a days its trend for denim fashion.

So what is the question is coming from factory technician is that lacra has finishe or some area lacra is visible after wash?

So we need certain technical help to recovery from this problem or need Initiative for avoid this problem.

Firstly,we have to check and note down the garments GSM,thickness(weight,onz),elasticity%,fabric,construction,stitch method and after stitched garments stitch quality.Be careful if you say your garments team related stitched negative quality they will not accept. So as a technician we have to solve in our laundry because we are the final stage.

2ndly in the washing area as this is a thin and cheep quality fabric with elasticity means it’s sensitived in certain parameter and we have to rethink our wash step for this special wash.

The parameter and we have to check ara:

1.                Chemicals we are using for regular process,shall we use same?

2.                Temperature?

3.                Time?

4.                Procedd?

5.                Do we need any initiative?

So dear technician brother ,we have ti follow the below recipes for avoid breakage of lacra.

De-size: Please use powder anti back instate of reglar liquid ABS and places Add acrylic resin or whit resin in the bath for less friction with cold temp.

Emzyme wash: Please use mild and cold temp.Enzyme with stone or without stone and powder enzyme. Ofcourse with Acrylic resin and Pu resin.

Bleaching: Please avoive Chlorine bleach to PP Bleach if possible in cold temperature.Otherwise use Bleach activator for take the less time of chlorine for bleaching with cold temp.

Neutralization: Special hydroxylamine is important in cold temp.Which is more stronger Then mata and take less time.

Softening: We always prefer to use spwcial elastomeric silicone softenr in the softening bath,this silicone softener has special character to improve elasticity.

So from the above example it is proved that some parameter is important for solve this lacra issue.That are Lacea helping chemicals to use process temperatue and process time consideration.
